Just like sunlight, TOKERUMO will work on melting and clearing snow by reflecting far-infrared radiation. The far-infrared radiation gradually decreased towards the outer edge, no level gaps will form on the ground. Melting snow by light just like sunlight!: TOKERUMO uses ceramic coated halogen lamps. By reflecting far-infrared radiation from the lamps, TOKERUMO can melt and clear snow like natural sun light.
Ideal for 10m² of pinpoint treatment!: TOKERUMO's speciality is to melt and clear snow or ice on the surface of staircases, slope, entrance, or space for one vehicle.
Smooth surface of ground!: Tokerumo's far-infrared radiation gradually decreases towards the outer edge ensuring smooth surface of ground. No dengerous level gaps will form unlike conventional road heating system.
Easy installation on anywhere you need!: Tokerumo can be installed easily and quickly. Tokerumo need no hassle such as roadbed or plumbing works. Installed directly onto the wall of building or installed on self-standing pole.
Low running costs！: Electricity expense will approx. ¥42,000*
for one winter season (4 months) using optional snow sencer.
Running cost per 1m² is almost same as the electric road heating system but lower than one using kerosene. For the reasen Tokerumo ensures pinpoint treatment on necessary areas, it will relatively reduce power consumption to save energy.
Easy maintenance. Only to replace the lamp!: Ensuring long-lasting lamp and long-term durability performance is approx. 3,000 hours※ per lamp.
